🛍️ Return & Refund Policy – Chirpi™

We want you to love what you wear from Chirpi! Since each product is custom-made just for you, we currently accept returns or replacements only in specific cases. Please read below for all the details:

✅ Eligible for Return or Replacement

We’ll happily replace your item at no extra cost if:

  • You received a damaged or defective item

  • You received the wrong product

  • There’s a printing error or the product is not as described

🔁 How to Request a Replacement

To make things super smooth:

  1. Raise a request within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Send us an email at hello@chirpi.in or WhatsApp us at [your contact number] with:

    • Your order ID

    • Clear photos or video of the issue

    • Brief description of the problem

We’ll take it from there and keep you updated every step of the way. 🙌

❌ Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Please note, we don’t offer returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered (we provide a detailed size chart—please check before ordering!)

  • Color differences due to screen/lighting variations

  • Delays caused by courier services

💸 Refunds

  • If your replacement request is approved and the item is out of stock, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
